First introducing the horses!

This image is called “Deio” and is of a big moving Welsh cob stallion.

This painting is already sold, in fact it sold off the easel! but I may be producing a very limited edition run of giclee prints in the near future.

Drawing is a very important part of what I do, this image is of a lovely local traditional coloured stallion observed at the Barley Saturday Parade. I have called this drawing “Mane”

“Al Kabir” This super arab stallion belongs to a friend, he has a very expressive face and is a joy to draw and paint.

 “P.R.E.” Pura Raza Espanol

The Horse of Spain. Another of my obsessions along with the Welsh cobs is the Spanish horse also known as the Andalusian.

A sketch of cobs showing their style as they come into the ring at Lampeter Stallion Show to be judged earlier this year, spectacular, I may work this image up into a full painting over the winter..

In addition to the equestrian work I have just opened a solo exhibition at Art Matters in Tenby which runs for the month of October. Check out the whole exhibition on line at their "target=NewWindow"website. This exhibition give me the opportunity to diversify a little and paint some of the other subjects that inspire me.

“Stickmen”

“Eclectic Blue”

“Kitty, Tommy, Lily, Molly.”

“Market Boots”
